Sydney Criminal Lawyers obtained a 12 month ‘Suspended Sentence’ for 64 year old executive director who committed 62 frauds totaling more than $140,000 over a 5 year period.

The case is reported in the Daily Telegraph newspaper: see Executive Stole from the Salvation Army

The result was obtained through intense negotiations which reduced the number of fraud charges and the sum defrauded.

Sydney Criminal Lawyers persuasively presented our client’s case to the Magistrate in Downing Centre Local Court, who agreed that a ‘suspended sentence’ was an appropriate penalty.

Our client had been expecting a lengthy prison sentence.
