Sydney Criminal Lawyers® once again succeeded in having all sexual assault charges withdrawn in Downing Centre Court, this time for our 29 year old client from Hornsby who was charged with ‘sexual assault’ and ‘indecent assault’ against his 24 year old female tenant.
The complainant alleged that our client sexually assaulted her after they had returned to the unit together and shared a dinner and wine.
Our client was adamant throughout the proceedings that the sexual intercourse was consensual.
