Arvind Jador

Mr Arvind Jador was admitted as a lawyer in 2017 and, since that time, has developed a reputation as a formidable criminal defence lawyer with the ability to consistently produce outstanding outcomes for clients.

Arvind has successfully represented clients in a broad range of criminal and traffic law cases, from AVOs, common assaults, drug possession and small drug supply, drink and drug driving and driving whilst disqualified through to serious and complex matters such as commercial drug importation, manufacture and supply cases, money laundering and proceeds of crime cases, aggravated sexual assaults, intentionally causing grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving causing death.

Arvind regularly appears independently in bail applications at all levels of the court hierarchy, sentencing proceedings in the Local and District courts, section 14 mental health hearings in the Local court, defended Local Court hearings, and District Court severity and conviction appeals.

He is also vastly experienced in instructing barristers during lengthy and complex District and Supreme Court trials.
