This Review is specifically for Jayden Murdoch who is a highly skilled and knowledgeable lawyer who actually fights hard for you and is empathetic toward your situation regardless of what crimes you have committed in the past. He is also very professional and relatable which I believe is an important asset in a criminal defence lawyer.
I was charged with 36 counts of fraud which I pleaded guilty to, and I was extremely lucky to get bail. I remember another lawyer telling me that I was looking at 3 years in prison minimum which was almost a certainty.
After trialling several lawyers, I felt confident with Jayden the first time I spoke with him as unlike the other lawyers, he actually had a plan right from the start and started contacting the officer in charge who arrested me to negotiate some of the charges and whether they could be dropped, this was before I even started paying him and on the same day I contacted Sydney Criminal Lawyers for the first time.
Also unlike the other lawyers he quickly identified charges that could have automatically made me sentenced in the district court opposed to the local court where even more jail time could of been sentenced. The other lawyers didn't seem to have a clue about this and were content that my matter would stay in the local court.
Jayden got many of the charges dropped, the matter stayed in the local court and he told me precisely what I had to do on my end which I of course followed through with.
Subsequently I got off with no jail time which surprised alot of people including myself. Jayden fought extremely hard on sentencing day and updated me every step of the way.
It didn't take him very long to respond to my enquiries throughout the case and he contacted me after hours many times including nights and weekends which I have never experienced from another lawyer.
In conclusion Jayden was a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely nice guy to get a long with but at the same time an extremely good lawyer who I believe could provide the best possible outcome for any client no matter the charge and perform as well as any other criminal lawyer in Sydney. He is also decently priced for the service that you get which is a credit also to Sydney Criminal Lawyers as a company.
This is an unbiased review, and I am just sharing my personal experience.
Anyone who gets Jayden as their lawyer should feel extremely lucky.
