Charlotte has an international background in law. She began her legal career in Indonesia, when she was selected into a government program to intern at the Department of Law and Human Rights. Since then she has she has continued on to practice exclusively as a criminal lawyer in both Australia and New Zealand.

With a proven track record of excelling in the courtroom, Charlotte’s knowledge of the criminal law has allowed her to become a confident advocate. She has experience as a jury trial advocate and has also conducted numerous defended hearings. Charlotte fights zealously for her clients and has successfully argued appeals in the District Court of NSW and the High Court of New Zealand.

Outside of her role, Charlotte has conducted training workshops for junior lawyers and has served as an executive board member of the Pacific Lawyers Association.

Her exceptional achievements were recently recognised when Charlotte was nominated by members of the judiciary and the bar, for a New Zealand Law Award. Through this nomination she became a finalist for Young In-house Lawyer of the Year. The nomination recognised the success Charlotte achieves for her clients and the high standard of work she delivers.

Charlotte’s qualifications include admission to the Supreme Court of NSW, High Court of Australia and High Court of New Zealand.
