80 Applications for warehouse licences
An application for a warehouse licence shall:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) contain a description of the place in relation to which the licence is sought; and
(c) specify the kinds of goods that would be warehoused in that place if it were a warehouse; and
(d) set out the name and address of each person whom the CEO is required to consider for the purposes of paragraph 81(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d); and
(e) set out such particulars of the matters that the CEO is required to consider for the purposes of paragraph 81(1)(e), (f) or (g) as will enable him or her adequately to consider those matters; and
(f) contain such other information as is prescribed.
