The Drug Court is a specialist court that is in three locations; Parramatta, Toronto and Sydney. The Drug Court takes referrals from both Local and District Courts on Offenders who have drug dependencies and who are seen to be eligible for a Drug Court Program. The court attempts to address the underlying drug related issues resulting in criminal offending.
The Drug Court is Part of the Parramatta Court Complex and has been operating since 1999. The court has a full-time registry and a full-time judge.
The Parramatta Court Complex is on George Street Parramatta, it is accessible by many bus and train services and the court complex is walking distance from the train station.
