The maximum penalty for the offence of “intimidation by violence” is 2 years in prison.

  • Conditional Release Order without Conviction: 32.14%
  • Fine Only: 25%
  • Prison: 21.43%
  • Community Correction Order: 14.29%
  • Conditional Release Order with Conviction: 3.57%
  • Intensive Correction Order: 3.57%

The average prison sentence for the offence is 8 months imprisonment.
