  • Suspended Sentence (no longer available): 28.6%
  • Section 9 Bond (now community correction order): 14.3%
  • Section 10 (1)(a) Dismissal: 7.1%
  • Community Service Order (now community correction order): 7.1%
  • ICO: 7.1%

The average prison sentence for the offence is 9.6 months imprisonment, and the average non-parole period (or minimum prison term that must be served) is 5.7 months in prison.
