  • Suspended Sentence (no longer available): 29..4%

The average prison sentence for the offence is 37.7 months imprisonment, and the average non-parole period (or minimum prison term that must be served) is 22.5 months in prison.

Section 66C(1) sexual intercourse with child between 10 and 14 – before SNPP

  • Prison: 71.4%
  • Suspended Sentence (no longer available): 20.4%
  • Section 9 Bond (now community correction order): 6.8%
  • Section 10(1) Bond (b)&(c): 1.4%

The average prison sentence for the offence is 43.8 months imprisonment, and the average non-parole period (or minimum prison term that must be served) is 23.5 months in prison.
